1、AGV小車與呼叫站點
當調度系(xi)統接收到(dao)呼叫站點任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)時(shi),根據任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)優先級別自動分配待命的 AGV 小(xiao)車執行(xing)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu),并實(shi)時(shi)返回任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)執行(xing)結果。直(zhi)到(dao)全(quan)部任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)執行(xing)完成(cheng)。當任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)過(guo)多(duo),會出現等(deng)待超時(shi),則系(xi)統自動取(qu)消執行(xing)。
2、AGV小車與 門禁站點
當(dang)一臺(tai)或多臺(tai)AGV 小(xiao)車同(tong)時在(zai)(zai)(zai)某個門(men)(men)禁站(zhan)點(dian)時,調度系統自動觸發(fa)該門(men)(men)禁管制后臺(tai)服務,一般情(qing)況(kuang)下,按(an)先(xian)到門(men)(men)禁先(xian)解鎖放(fang)行,當(dang)先(xian)到門(men)(men)禁的AGV不在(zai)(zai)(zai)門(men)(men)禁所在(zai)(zai)(zai)樓(lou)層(ceng)時,則按(an)所在(zai)(zai)(zai)門(men)(men)禁樓(lou)層(ceng)的AGV解鎖放(fang)行。
3、AGV小車與充電站(zhan)點(dian)
當AGV 小(xiao)車電(dian)(dian)(dian)量低于設置充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量參數 、無任(ren)(ren)務狀態(tai)并在(zai)可(ke)自(zi)動(dong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)地標(biao)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)量地標(biao)、待(dai)命地標(biao))上(shang)時, 調度系統后臺服務自(zi)動(dong)下(xia)(xia)發(fa)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)任(ren)(ren)務,并自(zi)動(dong)分(fen)配(pei)對應充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)點(dian)與保存充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)點(dian)下(xia)(xia)正在(zai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)與待(dai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)AGV對應關(guan)聯。自(zi)動(dong)分(fen)配(pei)原則(ze)為:根據AGV充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池類(lei)型分(fen)配(pei)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)點(dian),同時根據待(dai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)少的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)點(dian)自(zi)動(dong)分(fen)配(pei)。
4、AGV小車(che)與AGV小車(che)
當(dang)一臺或多臺AGV 小(xiao)車同時(shi)(shi)在某個路(lu)口時(shi)(shi),調(diao)度(du)系統自動觸(chu)發該路(lu)口交通管制后臺服務,根據(ju)滿(man)足條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)依(yi)次進行調(diao)度(du)解(jie)鎖放行。一般情況下(xia),按(an)(an)先到路(lu)口先解(jie)鎖放行,當(dang)先到路(lu)口的AGV未能滿(man)足條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)時(shi)(shi),則按(an)(an)后面G到達路(lu)口AGV滿(man)足條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)的解(jie)鎖放行。
5、AGV小車(其它設備同理(li))與 警(jing)示站點
當(dang)AGV小車(che)出現異(yi)常(chang)時,調(diao)度系統自動(dong)根(gen)據(ju)AGV當(dang)前地標(biao),通(tong)知對應管制區域的(de)警示站點,并告(gao)知異(yi)常(chang)原因。
